You had been to a popular drug store where you purchased few medicines your doctor had prescribed. Later on, you were astonished to notice that the expiry date of some of the medicines had lapsed.

Write a letter of complaint to the owner of the drug store, describing  your experience and bring to his notice the consequences of his negligence.
You have been using a particular brand of cement paint for a long time. Recently, while getting the painting work done you have noticed that the paint is running off  quickly.

Write a letter to the Paint Company and explain to them  your observations and ask them to exchange the paint you have recently purchased at no extra cost.
Recently, you have shifted to a rented accommodation and want to transfer your existing bank account to the branch, which is near your residence.

Write a letter to the Bank Manager asking him about the formalities to be performed and request him to allot you the new account number and issue you a cheque book as soon as possible
You had been to a super Shoppe where your bag got exchanged on the counter. Since, you live far off from the shop and you are going out of station for a fortnight, you need to get back your belongings as early as possible.

Write to the authority of the super Shoppe and explain what happened. Describe your bag and tell them what was in it.

Since your childhood you have been regularly using a particular brand of drink, lately  you have experienced a drastic change in its taste. You have observed this difference after you have shifted your residence to a new location and hence changed the shop from where you purchase your daily needs.

Write a letter to the manufacturing company telling them about your dissatisfaction  and ask the reason for the same.
